Covered by Kerry LLC uses Google Analytics to collect and analyze usage behavior, system performance, and compile aggregate data to allow us to make improvements, address technical issues, and perform ongoing maintenance. Information collected is not personally identifiable by either Covered by Kerry LLC or Google, and the information collected is not combined with personally identifiable information.

Retention

We store your Personal Information for so long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, which is described in this Privacy Policy. When your information is no longer necessary for those purposes, it will be scheduled for deletion through reasonable, commercially available means.

Certain jurisdictions explicitly require its data subjects or individuals the rights to their Personal Information. For more information, please see the “GDPR Rights” or the applicable state in the “State Privacy Laws” sections below.

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. As a Data Controller, we adhere to the standards set forth in Article 24 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the appropriate levels of security. In event of a data breach, we will immediately notify the impacted parties within 48 hours from when we confirm a data breach occurred.

 

International Data Transfers

Please be aware that the servers used by our Site and Services operate solely in the United States, and that your Personal Information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, or country. We engage in limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Services that include elements of limited automated decision-making by us may include

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.

  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

 

Except as explicitly stated above, our processors do not engage in automated decision-making.

As Covered by Kerry LLC may have non-identifiable Personal Information, we may be limited in our ability to honor an individual’s GDPR rights. An individual who falls under GDPR may have the right to complain to the EU DPA in their respective jurisdiction.
